Danielle's plan (as of now) is to nominate Marcellas and Janelle. If she wins POV she'll take Marcellas off and put up Howie. If anyone else uses it she'll still put up Howie. James is thrilled -- he just wants Janie gone. Danielle told James that ChillTown said to Janelle that they would nominate

which two! She thinks it won't be her."
According to Dani, ChillTown will nominate Janelle. According to Dani, everyone, except Kaysar & Howie, is going to nominate Janelle.
