I just spent an hour on a long distance call.
1. the tech did not speak English.. well, not any English I could understand.
2. finally when nothing worked.. she said that I must have a firewall I don't know about. I asked her how I find it and she said to call Dell. Ohhh no ya don't. LOL I've had dealings with Dell before.. and no thanks! LOL
3. I called the billing office and talked to someone who kinda spoke English..
he said all I could do was cancel.
so dat's dat.
