Episode 4 Thoughts (aired 10-12-05)

Once again Martha is at it...

After losing 3 in a row, Marth was looking to try to help Matchstick get out of the losing column and finally get a win as she said "They so desprately need".

Marth decides to have one person from Primarius should volunteer. I found this very amusing since all of them had raised their hands stating they were strong leaders and there was a long pause when she asked for a volunteer. I would have JUMPED at that chance. Show Martha what your worth...

After a pause, Leslie said she would help lead Matchstick to victory.

They took a page out of the Donald's book and were going to renovate a couple Westin Hotel rooms into a "THEMED" room.

I thought both teams had great ideas...

Both teams had solid plans...

Only thing is Matchstick once again fell short. Having issues getting the furniture was sad. I honestly think that they would have had a chance to win if the furniture would have arrived.

The Game/Entertainment idea of Primarius was solid and deserved the win. I love M&M's!!

I thought it was ironic that everyone wanted Leslie to be eliminated all though it was really part of the lady who was to get the furniture there.

So of the 3 people in the conference room it was down to these 3 ladies...

1. Leslie - Project Manager who tried hard and had a solid concept. Just feel short on managing some of her teammates especially Bethenny who was in charge of the furniture and getting it there. Even though her time management really lacked I thought it was good that Martha did not get rid of her since she did come over to try to help a losing team.

2. Bethenny - She really rubbed me the wrong way. She was very blaming and rude during this task. I thought to myself, if she would just talk a little nicer to the guy trying to deliver the furniture it may have actually made it. Personlay I think she needed to GO!

3. Dawn - Well..everyone hates you. No one likes you. I thought you did fine on this task. But everyone views you as the weakest link...so...GOODBYE!

Dawn was "Just Not Right" and did not "Fit In" so she was said Good Bye to and finally, to team Matchstick's delight, is gone.

Again another great episode...starting to really get into this show.

I wonder why Martha threw away her tag line of "you just don't fit in" ... I know it's lame but she only used it on the first show.

Martha never really had a tagline. She always says something different. I was with dawn the task b4 this one but with this task Iw as like "just no." I thought it wasnt really Bethenny's fault. Really the person who shouldve been fired was the guy who was supposed to deliver the furniture. lol. i dont see how it was any of their faults that they lost.
