I agree with Bonnie. Will has said some funny things, but he was wearing thin.
I disagree in that I actually think Boogie is a much bigger slime ball. Will held back the false promises, always trying to preserve his relationship with Erin if he could. But Boogie, no... he led Erika down the primrose path to the little house with the picket fence and the 2.4 children playing in the yard. He had her thinking that they would 'live happily ever after." He looks up to scum, he's not even good enough to be scum.
Once, when he was in bed with Erika, he even talked about how wonderful their time together has been, how special it's been being in Big Brother with her -- how they'll always have that to remember together... SAME EXACT LOAD OF CRAP he told Krista in Season 2. I just didn't believe Erika didn't recognize it when she heard it.
