James now bitching, went into DR, and now shit's all over. Reviewed tapes, legal, cbs involved, etc. DR not helping, saying that it was incidental contact (something abut Janie stealing a doll from James in POV comp)
Janelle called in DR.. hasn't come out.

James whining all over house..

James is finally back from his hour + session in the DR (see yesterday's live feed posts) and oh brother is he mad.

Bitching and complaining that Janie cheated at the PoV competition. He says there are 6 people who saw it, why can't they (BB) ask them too.

He asked to talk to Dr. Zachary (the shrink). (he had the nerve, at midnight to wonder why she hadn't come already - he then asked Erika how long it took for the her to show up when she asked for her, Erika said it was the next day... James said, very angrily, "I don't want to wait a f#c%ing day!" )

He complains to Dani that Janie was definitely cheating even if no one saw it because she said "give it to me" ... "how could she be in possession of the doll if she said 'give it to me'"
" Danielle, you saw them give her the game"
"this f'n whore gets whatever she wants"
"why don't they just give her the $ and be done with it"
"I got the whole spiel about attorneys and all this other b#llsh!t"

Dani: Who did you talk to?
James: Alison [Grodner - producer of the show - no wonder he was there soooo long]

James: I expect this to be overturned
Dani: It should be overturned. Did you ask them to read the rules?
James: It falls under the rules, no contact except incidental contact... this does not fall under incidental contact... how is it incidental contact if she ripped the doll out of my hands so hard she broke the H on the doll?
Dani: (i couldn't hear it)
James: I do not want to participate in a game that is rigged or a game that shows favorites. If I had lost fair & square I would not have an issue with it. I've lost before and I've had no problems... What's Janelle's version?
Dani: she said you guys were fighting over a doll
James: no.. she took my doll and said "gimme that"
D: did you ask to see the tape
J: yes I did
D: and what did they say
J they never got back to me, but you know they're just going to show me the tape with the bad angle... they had like 40 cameras in there and they're just gonna show me the one with the bad angle... they have 3 cameras on us right now and they didn't have an angle on the game? They know where the dolls were placed, they didn't have cameras there already???
D: so is that what took so long in there?
J: they had to look at the tapes and talk to legal and talk get the producers and I'm sure they were like, --oh janelle, oh just give it to her.

He almost looks like he's going to cry, but I was typing so fast I forgot to get a pic... sorry

Dani leaves... Georgie enters....

James starts the whole process telling his story to Georgie.

J: You guys were all standing there, you saw it, she grabbed the doll out of my hands and ran away, the dumb bitch grabbed the wrong doll to begin with, she grabbed the Marcellas doll, I had the Howie doll
Georgie: Did they have a tape of it?
J: they're saying they don't have the right angle of it, they're in control of the cameras, how can they not have an angle of it
BB: Janelle, please come to the Diary Room
J: Got to tell your side of the story, so they can write a story around it
G: what about the overhead camera
J: they tell me they don't have a good shot of it

James leaves the yellow room for an anger snack... Georgie is sitting there looking at his feet.

James goes to weight room to yell again with Danielle & Erika. Same story. If she had had the right doll she wouldn't have screamed "gimme that"

(james talks too fast) apparently he has a scratch on his thumb from Jnls nails...
J: If you want the prom queen to win, just send the rest of us to sequester, just give me my $30K and send me to sequester, don't let me sit here in this torture house and eat slop and....

to WillBoogie in Hoh bathroom plotting to get james out in a believable manner... meanwhile James is outside the door knocking but they don't hear him...

James is joined by Dani and then hanger-on Erika and they ring the bell and all come in to HoH bathroom...

James wants to know if they saw what happened.

Will says what he saw was not great but that it looked like they both had the same doll and they were fighting back and forth over it and she ultimately got it.

James is saying it needs to be redone, others are tentatively agreeing with him (but they want him out so they are not enthusiastic)
Now Erika jumps in with an opinion (wow, an opinion, risky business from Erika)
E: We need to have a house meeting with Alison [Grodner - producer]

and instantly we get flames

HoH Bathroom

Flames keep coming on & off... too much talk about the show's production.

Will in the bathtub, Boogie keeping him company. Erika, Danielle and James in and out.

Will/Boogie going along with the Janelle hatefest that James is offering. Basically James is ridiculing Janelle reading the bible. Going on and on about how she cheats this year, how she cheated last year.

James says Janelle started the competition tonight before everyone else tonight, repeatedly.

He keeps saying that she slapped Beau after being told that anymore physical contact would be grounds for immediate eviction. He's trying to get everyone else to go along with the Janelle's a cheater routine. At this point even Erika suggests (Erika had an opinion - stop the presses) that "there needs to be a house meeting with Alison" and we get flames....

Kitchen: Janelle & Georgie

Georgie has been telling Janelle what the James has been saying.

Erika finally leaves the HoH bathroom to get something and sees Janelle talking to Georgie and decides she has to stay to keep those two from talking.

She acts as if she's Janie's good friend. Sitting next to her...laughing, congratulating her... (she just said in the bathroom that the competition needs to be redone and that the house should have a meeting and the producers should be called in again, blah, blah, blah)

Now Danielle wanders in and acts the same way - all nicey-nicey

BB: George, please come to the Diary Room (they are each being called to the DR)

Dani leaves and it's just Erika & Janelle - uncomfortable silence.


J: Did you talk to James yet?
E: (mumbles) he just wanted to know what I saw
J: He told George he didn't want to sleep in the same room with me tonight
E: I didn't really see anything...

Erika can't take it and starts flirting with the camera crew again. Wandering around "Can I get a woo-woo?"

Danielle in the background "can I get a woo-woo?" wanders into the kitchen

Erika and Dani are now hitting the alcohol. Janelle goes for the apple juice.

Danielle: It's official, I'm a alcoholic
E: me too
D: (imitating what she thinks the feedsters sound like - it's a nasty, gravelly, grating, nasal voice - she does this a lot!) We told her she was an alcoholic

Janelle leaves...

Danielle says she thinks the competition was rigged for Janelle to win from the beginning.

Erika leaves to go shower but on the way she stops to see Janie in the yellow room. Erika invites Janelle to sleep with her & Dani. Erika is trying to kiss up to Janie big time today.

Erika then goes back to Danielle and bitches some more.

Danielle: I'm such a company girl.
E: why
D: cuz they asked if i was okay with it and i said show me the tape. I can't be okay with it unless I see it, but if you show me then I'll be okay.

George walks up and they shut up. Erika leaves.

BB: Mike please go to the Diary Room

D: how'd it go
G: okay, it was a fun story to tell, it was a good competition
D: it was ....[what the heck???]

more chatter and then Danielle starts her campaign to gain George's sympathy ... she confesses to George that she is spent... just spent.... drained ... she's grinding her teeth, etc.



G: okay, how long does it take you to fall asleep
D: not long, but I dream about people in the house
i'm spent, i'm spent, i'm spent - if they gave me my $ i'd be gone, i'd be like what the heck, I'm gone...

Georgie- giving her a pep talk and hugs



G: danielle, you only need to protect yourself, no one else, from now on you do for yourself
D: but that's not me, I don't play that way... (tears) I don't play the game that way

They are having a good giggle... it's kinda nice to see some laughter after all the dramatics earlier... It's also nice to see Georgie hanging out, relaxed and up at night!

Will warns that he's going to try to win the next HoH and that it's gonna be a full-out war.

They are laughing about James' behavior earlier.

W: When he doesn't get his way he acts like a four year old all hyped up on Pez.

Will points out James' behavior after the pov comp when James was HoH. He said

W: Boogie is eating slop that he's just thrown up in, 1/2 of us are blue, Kaysar and George shaved their heads and this guy is the most pissed off of all of us because waaaaa he didn't get to play because it was aimed at HIM....

later - about tonight's comp

W: I looked over tonight and I thought hmm... the last time I saw two people fighting over dolls it was little girls on the playground

now talking about Howie's exit scene... Howie was seriously enraged.

Jnl: that was like the craziest eviction I've ever seen in my life
W: that is going to be great tv, I'm trying to produce a tv show here and that's so much better than when like Jase gave it away and said .. I only want Diane and .. ? to walk me to the door.
Jnl: Jase & I were ok for the first 2 weeks and then he just went...
W: I thrive under stress, but some people just don't...

talking about someone spraying a fire extinguisher ??? Jase I think, calling Marcellas the ultimate floater

Will says he is comfortable with anyone who is now in the house winning the $. He'd be happier with some winning it more than others, obviously, but one way or the other each person has done something to deserve to still be here.

rehashing other evictions, this season, other seasons...

a lot of time spent on the politics of each eviction this season... both Georgie & Will were out of the loop on these evictions and Janelle is telling them about all the pressure she was under and people trying to make deals with her and ...

Georgie: I had no idea!! Doc & I were just worried about getting our keys.. (laughter)
Will: I had no idea!!

Lots of really? s and No Kidding!! s and who knew!! s and wows here...

they go over every eviction and who was bullying Janelle.



Janelle doesn't realize that she's still giving away valuable info to Will when she talks about Marcellas and how the 6ers didn't like Janelle being friends with him. (Will has been wondering about how to sway Marcellas in the Jury - He has said to Boogie that either he or Boogie needs to go to Jury to be there to sway people and also to vote for the other one... he wants to be the one because he thinks his power is better with people in a controlled environment, i.e., the sequester house, especially now that Boogie is playing better - they think it would be better for Boogie to stay in the house.)

Janelle: there have been a lot more fights than people realize.. a lot more going on... you'll be surprised
Will: please tell us, everyone who yelled has gone so tell us...
Georgie: yeah, tell us
Janelle: Marcellas yelled, Howie yelled
Georgie: we had no idea... that's amazing...
Will: but mostly people from your alliance right...
Janl: well.... when you see the tapes you're going to be like holy !@#$#... yelling all the time
Georgie: we had no idea... wow -- I'd always crack up like, when it was all over with, you guys would all be like heading up to the room...

talk moves on to Georgie's letter from his kids ...

laughing (again) about Janelle not knowing that Georgie snored til day 30.

Georgie: (to Jnl) man, you've literally gone through hell in here haven't you?

Jnl: umhhmmmm, the first two weeks were horrible, horrible

both George & Will seem to have new insight and think it will be fun to see the show when they are through

they all agree they've come alot further than they thought they would.

georgie & will are both surprised that the 6ers had meetings in the middle of the night

Will: so Marcellas got in James' face and who, who broke it up??
Jnl: I think BB broke it up
W: they were gonna really fight
Janelle goes into detail about the fighting and Marcellas saying he wouldn't use 'thuggery' to win.

Will keeps (gently) bringing the subject around to james or marcellas or really anyone who will be in sequester

George: the one time I stay up all night, there's howie at 4 in the morning cleaning his ears...

they all agree that they miss Howie...

Will takes the opportunity to reinforce the misconception that the only reason that Howie was evicted was because he imploded like Jase did. No one would have voted him out but he went ballistic and gave everyone a reason to vote him out.

There is really nothing going on in the house tonite. Since I've be on it's only be talking about things happening in the last past few weeks in the house.
Boogie(Mike), Dani and James is talking in the BY. It keeps on going back and forth to flames.
