Should Isaiah Washington be fired from Grey's Anatomy?

These rumors stem from a fight that became public back in October. It looks like Isaiah Washington feuded with fellow cast mate T.R. Knight and used a homophobic remark.

This was made even worse by his comments at this years Golden Globes when Isaiah took the microphone and said that he did make those remarks (and once again used the anti-gay remark).

CNN reported that they may remove Dr. Burke from the show due to Disney (who owns ABC) has a strict anti-discrimination policy.

Also does not help for the people who have signed this online petition...

Could Dr. Burke be on his way out due to his comments off screen? How does that make you feel? What are your thoughts on this?

I say Isaiah's the most obnoxious Grey's cast member! I don't see any reason why he needs to use such homophobic remarks. I just hate him and I wouldn't be surprised if he gets axed from Grey's.
